Contribute to the next generation of human presence in low Earth orbit

Share your insights on NASA’s LEO Microgravity Strategy

Introduction

NASA is at the forefront of exploring the unique opportunities offered by microgravity in low Earth orbit (LEO). Our LEO Microgravity Strategy aims to harness this remarkable environment to advance scientific discovery, drive technological innovation, and prepare for future human exploration of the solar system.

Microgravity offers a unique platform for conducting experiments and research that are impossible on Earth, leading to breakthroughs in fields such as medicine, materials science, and fundamental physics. As we chart the course for the future of space exploration and utilization, your insights and feedback are crucial.

Review our proposed approach to envisioning NASA’s future activities in low Earth orbit, and let us know how our efforts align with the needs and aspirations of the broader space community. Together, we can drive innovation and unlock the full potential of space.

Thank you for being a part of this journey.

About the Feedback Form

The Space Operations Mission Directorate invites you to provide feedback to the proposed goals and objectives that will shape NASA’s next generation of human presence in low Earth orbit.

NASA has identified six categories of goals and objectives: Science, Exploration-Enabling Research and Technology Development, Commercial LEO Infrastructure, Operations, International Cooperation, and Workforce and Engagement, with 12 goals and 42 objectives. Each objective has an identification number, followed by the text of what we’d like to accomplish. You’ll have the opportunity to provide comments to all of the goals and objectives.

This platform is your opportunity to engage directly with NASA’s strategy, share your thoughts, and contribute to shaping the agency’s future of microgravity research. Whether you’re a researcher, industry professional, or space enthusiast, your input will help us refine our approach and maximize the benefits of this exciting frontier.

NASA will make the finalized goals and objectives available to stakeholders and the public.
